Supportive Services for Unsheltered Homelessness
The City of Boston (City), acting through its Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), requests proposals
from interested and qualified non-profit agencies and units of local government to provide supportive services to
individuals and families with high-level service needs and histories of unsheltered homelessness.
MOH is seeking to award up to $880,716 per year to provide supportive services for 156 households. Services will
entail housing search and navigation for clients with tenant-based permanent supportive housing (PSH) and
stabilization services to ensure clients maintain their housing. MOH may award multiple contracts in order to meet this need.
The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) package will be available beginning August 7, 2023, through the City’s Supplier Portal (boston.gov/Procurement). Completed proposals must be submitted, as specified, *electronically by September 7, 2023, no later than 4:00PM.
One optional Applicants’ Conference will be held by video conference on August 15, 2023, at 12pm. Attendance is not mandatory but is highly encouraged. Please email the Program Manager at least one business day in advance for the link to join the office hours.
