AFFORDABLE CONDOMINIUM PRESERVATION TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

The City of Boston, acting by and through its Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) requests proposals from interested and qualified applicants for its Affordable Condominium Preservation Technical Assistance for the Boston Home Center (BHC) for the period of September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024. 

Through the Affordable Condominium Preservation Technical Assistance, the BHC seeks to assist low/moderate income restricted condominium associations with services in order to enable these associations to have strong, functioning and financially sound associations. The goal of the BHC is to empower Boston residents to become and remain successful homeowners.  

The RFP package will be available beginning July 31, 2023, 9:00AM and is accessible from the City’s Purchasing Supplier Portal website: www.boston.gov/Procurement.

Completed proposal packages must be submitted, as specified, *electronically by August 15, 2023, no later than 4:00PM.
