HM 1.    At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on July 13, 2023

Public Hearing

PH 1.    On a joint petition by the City of Boston Transportation Department and the City of Boston Public Works Department for the making of Specific Repairs within the following public ways in Boston Proper and Roxbury:

●    Shawmut Avenue – generally between Hammond Street and Lenox Street;

●    Washington Street – generally between Thorndike Street and Lenox Street/East Lenox Street;

●    Hammond Street – at Shawmut Avenue;

●    Kendall Street – at Shawmut Avenue;

●    Lenox Street – at Shawmut Avenue;

●    East Lenox Street – at Washington Street.

PH 2.    On a joint petition by Old Colony 6 Bonds Limited Partnership and the Boston Housing Authority for the acceptance of Pedestrian Easements adjacent to the following public ways in South Boston:

●    Columbia Road – on its northerly side generally west of Old Harbor Street;

●    Old Harbor Street – on its westerly side generally between Columbia Road and East Eighth Street.
