Rooftop Unit Replacement Phase 1 at 1010 Mass Avenue

Bids shall be on a form supplied by PMD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder.  

Plans and Specifications will be available July 12, 2023 after 11:00AM. Documents may be obtained electronically by emailing BLW Engineers, Inc at bidding@blwengineers.com 

THE SCOPE OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following:  The replacement of Rooftop Units at 1010 Mass Ave, Boston, MA.

A site visit is scheduled for July 19, 2023, at 1:00PM at the Project site located at 1010 Mass Ave, Boston, MA. Representatives from Boston PMD and BLW Engineers, Inc. will be on-site to meet with prospective bidders.

Interested Bidders should submit (1) electronic copy on a thumb drive and (1) hard copy, bound and in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the name of the Project and PMD Project Number and the Name and address of the Sub-Bidder.  

Sealed bids for the Sub-bid Contract will be received at Boston Property Management Department, located at City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201, prior to 12:00PM on July 26, 2023, after which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. 

Sealed bids for the General Contract will be received at Boston Property Management Department, located at City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201, prior to 12:00PM on August 2, 2023 after which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
