Citywide Facilities Condition Assessment

Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 7C, §§ 44-57, the City of Boston’s Public Facilities Department (PFD), Bid Room located at 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Annex, hereafter referred to as Awarding Authority is requesting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the above-mentioned project.

The project will be performed under M.G.L. c.149, §§ 44A-44J.

The scope of work: Seeking a survey team to conduct a comprehensive, in-depth Facilities Condition Assessment of the City of Boston owned building.

A program for the project has been developed and is available with the detailed Request for Qualifications. 

Application Package will be available beginning May 29, 2023, and may be obtained by requesting access via email tbid.info@boston.gov. 

Completed SOQ packages must be returned by June 29, 2023 no later than 11 a.m. to the Bid Room located at 1010 Massachusetts Ave., Annex, Boston, MA 02118.
