Landscaping Services at City Hall Plaza and East Boston Senior Center
The City of Boston acting by its Property Management Department (PMD), through its Commissioner of the Property Management Department (the Official), invites sealed bids for Landscaping Services at City Hall Plaza and East Boston Senior Center as more particularly set forth in the Invitation for Bids.
The bid package may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00012505 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on May 29, 2023. The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.
THE INDIVIDUAL SCOPE(S) OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: Landscaping Services at City Hall Plaza and East Boston Senior Center to furnish all labor, personnel, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for the landscaping maintenance. clean-up, mulching, & planting services on City Hall Plaza and East Boston Senior Center.
The contract will begin on July 1, 2023 (2-year contract with a 1-year option to renew) subject to availability of annual appropriations.
The City has arranged a site visit for Friday, June 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM to meet in the main lobby at Boston City Hall at the Welcome Desk.
All bids shall be filed no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 21, 2023 at the above-mentioned site. All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on June 21, 2023.
