Project Goals

Heading Home will create 23 units of permanent housing for families experiencing homelessness that have incomes at or below 30% AMI at their 37 Wales Street property. The project will include the demolition of the existing building and repair of the retaining wall. Heading Home will manage the building and will provide onsite services 40 hours a week. The project is proposed to meet Passive House Standards, and provides laundry, outdoor gathering space, as well as bike storage.
