4092 sq ft parcel in a 3F-4000 zone. Between Harold St and side entrance of the house at 123 Crawford St. Has been encroached on by that house, whose residents have made a foot path to their side door, but city-owned parcel is still fenced in by itself. 123 Crawford is highly valued but not owner-occupied. Abutter sale possible, but leave this parcel in inventory for now.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
