Project Goals

The Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC) was tentatively designated as developer of 79 Call Street by the Public Facilities Commission on May 16, 2018. JPNDC combined the city-owned parcel with two privately-owned parcels (formerly MassDOT) for the new construction of two residential buildings containing a total of eight (8) units of affordable housing. The eight (8) units will be homeownership condominiums.

The project is currently under construction.
