The new building will have a building height of approximately 67 feet compatible with the height of adjacent buildings to the north and south; a mechanical penthouse set back from Farnsworth Street; other rooftop mechanical equipment screened from view; a metal-frame facade with punched windows on its easterly and westerly facades to reflect the area’s post-industrial character.
