New and Reallocated Projects for FY2023 Continuum of Care Program
The City of Boston (City), acting through its Director of the Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH), requests proposals from interested and qualified nonprofit organizations and units of local government for new, expanded, and reallocated Continuum of Care (CoC) projects that will provide housing and/or services to homeless households in Boston, to be included in a single citywide application on behalf of the Boston CoC.
The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) package will be available beginning April 24, 2023, through the City’s Supplier Portal (boston.gov/Procurement). Completed proposals must be submitted, as specified, *electronically by August 16, 2023, no later than 4:00PM.
Monthly office hours for applicants will be held on: Wed., May 3 @ 2-3pm, Tuesday, June 6 @ 11am-12pm, Wednesday, July 19 @ 9-10am, Mon., Aug. 7 @ 3:30-4:30pm. This is an opportunity for applicants who have questions to get guidance and technical assistance from MOH. These meetings will be held virtually and are open for applicants to enter at any time during the open office hours. Please email the program manager at least one business day in advance to join.
