1. Request authorization for the approval of the Minutes of the March 16, 2023 Meeting.

2. Request authorization to extend the Lease Agreement with LFA Art Management for the continued use of approximately 150 square feet in 12 Channel Street, Suite #505a in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park. 

3. Request authorization to enter into a License Agreement with Harbor Island Equipment, LLC, for the use of a portion of Drydock 4/Pier 5, located in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

4. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of the Cronin Group, LLC for the long-term lease and redevelopment of 24 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

5. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status of Ameresco, Inc. for the air rights lease and development of a solar photovoltaic canopy above the EDIC-owned parking garage in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

6. Request authorization to extend the Tentative Designation status to 22 Drydock, LLC, a joint venture between Related Beal, Boston Real Estate Inclusion Fund, and Kavanaugh Advisory Group for the long-term lease and redevelopment of 20 & 22 Drydock Avenue within the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

7. Authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for elevator rehabilitation at the 12 Channel Street building in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

8. Authorization to advertise and issue an Invitation for Bids for storm drain cleaning and camera investigation services in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park.

9. Authorization to advertise and issue a Request for Qualifications for physical security infrastructure planning at EDIC-owned properties.

10. Request authorization to enter into a Contract with Plumlogix to provide a Salesforce application for PowerCorpBos program.
