HM 1.    At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on March 16, 2023.

Public Hearing

PH 1.    On a joint petition by the City of Boston Public Facilities Department and the Boston Redevelopment Authority (d/b/a Boston Planning & Development Agency) for the Vertical Discontinuance of a portion of Court Square (public way), Boston Proper, located at the rear of 26 Court Street generally northwest of City Hall Avenue/Pie Alley, vertically below the grade of the roadway.
