Henderson Schoolyard Improvements

Bids shall be on a form supplied by the Public Facilities Department, be clearly identified as a bid, completely filled in, signed by the bidder, and enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Project Name and Project Number. All bids for this project are subject to current provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, section 39M as amended; and to the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled Henderson Schoolyard Improvements project with an estimated cost of $894,976.

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes installing a new playground.

All bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, Bid Room located at 1010 Massachusetts Annex, Boston, MA 02118, on or before twelve o'clock noon on April 5, 2023, at 12 p.m., at which time and place respective bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. 

Plans and specifications will be available on or about March 20, 2023.  Plans and specifications are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov.
