MBTA Public Comment on Proposed Title VI Policy Changes Meeting

The MBTA is proposing changes to our Disparate Impact and Disproportionate Burden (DI/DB) Policy and Public Engagement Plan (PEP). These policies are a part of our compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits the MBTA from discriminating on the basis of race, color, or national origin, including limited English proficiency.

We're collecting public feedback to ensure that these policy updates are understood by riders and will benefit the communities we serve. You can submit comments through Friday, April 14, 2023.

Learn more about the changes and ways to provide feedback at mbta.com/draftpolicies
