HM 1.  At the request of the Public Improvement Commission staff, the Acceptance of the Minutes of the PIC hearing held on February 16, 2023.

UP 1.  On a petition by Eversource Energy for a Utility Pole Installation within Lambert Avenue (public way), Roxbury, to relocate three existing private utility poles to be located generally between Lambert Street and Bartlett Street.

UP 2.  On a petition by Eversource Energy for a Utility Pole Installation within Bartlett Street (public way), Roxbury, to relocate one existing private utility pole to be located at Bartlett Station Drive.

PHC 1.  On a petition by Willow Baker LLC for the Widening & Relocation of the existing right-of-way lines of Willow Court (public way), Dorchester, located on its northeasterly side at address no. 75, generally southeast of Baker Court.
