Grassroots Open Space Program FY23 Funding Awards
The City of Boston acting by and through its Public Facilities Commission by the Director of the Mayor’s Office of
Housing (MOH), Director’s Office Division, is seeking proposals for its Grassroots Open Space Program FY23
Funding Awards.
Interpretation and translation services are available to you at no cost.
Grassroots funds are awarded subject to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) regulations. These funds
must be awarded to nonprofit organizations that have a current 501(c)(3) status. Grants will be awarded at MOH’s
discretion to eligible organizations and projects. MOH anticipates funding awards up to $100,000 depending on
project size and scope in response to this RFP.
The RFP package will be available on February 21, 2023, and can be downloaded by registering at https://www.boston.gov/departments/housing/requests-proposals. Completed RFP responses must be submitted electronically by April 4, 2023, no later than 4:00 pm.
