The City of Boston Public Schools (the City), acting by and through its Director of Facilities Management (the Awarding Authority), invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project, subject to all applicable provisions of law, including, without limitation, M.G.L. c. 149, § 44A of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Blanket contract to perform various individual carpentry, miscellaneous labor, and specialty (gym/playground) services at various Boston Public Schools
Prospective applicants (contractors) are hereby informed that the Official (the Director of Facilities Management) reserves the right in his/her discretion to limit the total number of contracts awarded for each trade set forth in the Advertisement up to a maximum of twenty (20). Note: Contracts will be awarded only to those applicants (contractors) with the lowest labor rate for the respective trade(s) for which an Application is submitted
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS will be available after noon, February 15, 2023, at the Office of Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd floor, Boston, MA 02125; no deposit is required. To request electronic copies, send an email to bidderinfo@bostonpublicschools.org.
General Bids shall be submitted to the Awarding Authority, 2nd floor, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Boston, MA 02125, before noon (Boston time) on Monday, March 6, 2023, and opened forthwith.
