Interior Paint Services at 543 Columbia Rd, Dorchester

The bid package will be available on January 9, 2023 at 9 am electronically from the City’s Purchasing website, www.boston.gov/procurement , click on Supplier Portal, and access Event #EV000011626.

The attention of all bidders is directed to the provisions of the Invitation For Bids and contract documents, specifically to the requirements for bid deposits, insurance and performance bonds as may be applicable.

The contract awarded pursuant to this Invitation for Bids shall be for a term of three (3) months, but not to exceed 6 months upon contract execution.

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Invitation For Bids. All bids for this project are subject to M.G.L. c. 30B and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents.

All bidders wishing to bid must attend a Mandatory Bid Viewing on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at 543 Columbia Road, Dorchester, MA 02125

All bids shall be filed no later than Monday, January 23, 2023, at 12:00 PM (NOON) through the Boston Supplier Portal or at the Mayor’s Office of Housing, 12 Channel Street, 9th Floor, Boston, MA 02210 and in accordance with the submission requirements starting on page 4. Envelopes should be labeled “Interior Paint Services at 543 Columbia Rd, Dorchester - EVENT # EV00011626”. Sealed bids shall be publicly opened by the Official at that time.
