Salvage existing bricks and salvage ornaments, Inspect Front Facade and re-point as necessary, mortar to match in kind, 6 parts sand, 1-2 parts lime, 1-2 parts portland cement, Repair and patch porticos with a fast setting repair mortar. All patch repairs to match existing conditions.
