Docket #0467 was sponsored by Councilors Ed Flynn,  Liz Breadon, and Erin Murphy, and Docket #1328 was sponsored by Councilors Kenzie Bok, Ruthzee Louijeune and Ed Flynn. The dockets were referred to the Committee on April 6, and October 24, 2022, respectively.
