BFD Leased Office/Training Space
The City of Boston (“City”), acting by and through its Fire Department and its Commissioner (the “Official”), invites sealed proposals from interested and qualified owners (Proposer) of real property for the lease of approximately 20,000 square feet of usable office space, training space, and approximately 27,000 of paved parking area. See Section III for program requirements, and engineering system descriptions.

The lease period is June 1, 2023 to June 1, 2028 with a 5-year option to renew at the sole discretion of BFD.
All proposals shall be submitted in strict conformance with the instructions contained in the RFP document and filed no later than September 13, 2022 at 4:30 PM.
Requests for Proposals shall be available on or about Wednesday August 17, 2022 at 10:00 AM until the proposal filing deadline.
