Rental, Cooperative and Ownership Development Funding
The City of Boston’s Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) and the Community Preservation Act (CPA) are issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide access to $30 million dollars. Resources will support qualified proposals from non-profit and for-profit developers of affordable rental, cooperative and homeownership developments and will provide funding for supportive housing for homeless and/or aging populations.
There will be an Applicants Conference on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 10:00 am. Interested applicants may register at https://tinyurl.com/ejxf87n9 After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Prospective applicants are strongly encouraged to attend.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent by Friday, August 26, 2022. The Letter of Intent should specify the required information as instructed in the RFP and should be emailed to Christine O’Keefe. Prospective applicants are also strongly encouraged to contact MOH staff to discuss their individual project before submitting a full proposal.
The RFP application package will be available beginning Monday, August 15, 2022 at https://boston.gov/dnd/rfps.
Completed proposal applications must be submitted as instructed and returned directly to the MOH, 12 Channel Street, Boston, MA, 9th Floor by Friday, September 30, 2022 no later than 4:00 pm.
