On-Call Non-Hazardous Remediation and Mitigation Services

The City of Boston, acting by and through the Boston Public Schools Department of Facilities Management at 1216 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02125, invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

The project is subject to all applicable provisions of law, including, without limitation, sections 39f and 39k through 39p of Chapter 30 and sections 29 and 44A to 447, inclusive, of Chapter 149 of General Laws, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: “On Call Non-Hazardous Remediation and Mitigation Services at various Boston Public Schools” (the “contract”). 

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, August 8, 2022, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time at the Office of Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd floor, Boston, MA 02125

Quotes shall be submitted to the Department of Facilities Management at 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2nd Floor, Dorchester, MA 02125 before noon, Boston time, Monday, August 22, 2022, and opened forthwith.
