On Call Asbestos Removal and Abatement Group 3

The project is subject to all applicable provisions of law including, without limitation, sections 39f and 39k through 39p of Chapter 30, and sections 29 and 44A to 447, inclusive of Chapter 149 of General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: “On Call Asbestos Removal and Abatement at various Boston Public Schools” (the “contract”). 

This contract is for one (1) year with an option to renew the contract for up to two (2) additional one-year terms at the sole discretion and authority of the awarding authority. 

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, August 8, 2022, after 9:00 A.M., Boston time at the Office of Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2^nd floor, Boston, MA 02125

Quotes shall be submitted to the Department of Facilities Management at 1216 Dorchester Avenue, 2^nd Floor, Dorchester, MA 02125 before noon, Boston time, Monday, August 22, 2022, and opened forthwith.
