Elevator and Escalator Maintenance and Repair

Bid documents may be obtained from the City's procurement website and Supplier Portal (http://cityofboston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00010747 beginning at 10:00 A.M. on May 11, 2022.  The Invitation for Bids shall be available until the bid opening.  All bids for this project are subject to M.G.L. c. 149, sections 44A-44J and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents.

THE INDIVIDUAL SCOPE(S) OF WORK is further detailed in the specifications and includes the following: full maintenance and repair contract for elevators and escalators at Boston City Hall and various City of Boston locations listed in the specifications.

The contract will begin on July 1, 2022 and continue to June 30, 2025.  

The City has arranged a site visit for Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 9:00 AM, for interested contractors to visit the sites and make a visual inspection of the elevators and escalators to be managed. All participants shall meet in the first floor lobby of Boston City Hall.

All proposals shall be filed no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 3, 2022 at the above-mentioned site.  All hard copy bids can be submitted to an Official at the Property Management Department, Boston City Hall_, Room 811, Boston, MA 02201 on or before 12:00 P.M. on June 3, 2022.
