K-6 Conversion Renovations at Ellis Elementary School
The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, acting by Facilities Management, 1216 Dorchester Avenue Dorchester, MA 02125, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority hereby invites an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the project listed above.
IFBs will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
All quotes for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: For K-6 Conversion Renovations at Ellis Elementary School, 302 Walnut Avenue, Boston, MA 02119.
The scope of the Work includes but is not limited to Demolition of walls, doors, and miscellaneous electrical. Cut and cap radiator. Installation of new GWB partitions, resilient base, door and frame. New door opening on CMU wall with removal of the radiator. Installation of electrical items.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Ellis Elementary School, 302 Walnut Avenue, Boston, MA 02119. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
Quotes shall be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Wednesday, May 18, 2022 and opened forthwith.
SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, May 02, 2022, after 9:00 A.M. Boston time.
