Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)
The City of Boston Mayor’s Office of Housing (MOH) hereby invites proposals from non-profit organizations and units of local government.
Who provide housing and/or housing-related supportive services to households of persons with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) or Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program in the following service categories:
- Housing Information Services
- Housing-Related Supportive Services
- Permanent Housing Placement (PHP)
- Short-Term Rent, Mortgage and Utilities Assistance (STRMU)
- Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA)
The RFP package will be available beginning April 19, 2022 from the City’s purchasing website, Supplier Portal (boston.gov/Procurement). Visit the City of Boston Supplier Portal and access Event #EV00010374. Completed proposals must be submitted, as specified, electronically by June 7, 2022, no later than 4:00PM.
