HVAC Repair Services

The City of Boston (the City)/the County of Suffolk (the County), acting by its Police Commissioner (the Official), invites sealed bids for the performance of the work generally described above, and particularly set forth in the Invitation For Bids, which may be obtained through electronic format, (bpdcontracts@pd.boston.gov), commencing at 9:00 AM on Monday, February 28, 2022.

The SCOPE OF WORK includes HVAC Repair Services on an as needed basis, for the Boston Police Department and various Police Department locations.

All sealed bids shall be filed with the Boston Police Department no later than Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 12:00 Noon, at the Office of the Official, Police Headquarters, Contracts Unit, 3rd Floor, 1 Schroeder Plaza, Boston, MA  02120-2014. 

Bids must be in a sealed envelope. The front of the envelope must be labeled HVAC Repair Services. Bids Shall be on the forms supplied by the BPD, shall be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to M.G L. c. 149 and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents.
