Architectural and Graphic Design Services for businesses in the City of Boston
The City of Boston (City), acting through its Chief of the Mayor’s Office of Economic Development (OED), requests proposals from interested and qualified Architects and Graphic Designers for architectural and graphic design services for businesses in the City of Boston and in the Boston Main Streets Districts for the period of service January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.
The contracts are subject to the availability and appropriation of funds. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to extend the contracts awarded for an additional one (1) year period from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Two Applicant conferences will take place via Zoom on the following days and all prospective Applicants are encouraged to attend one of the sessions.

Request for Proposals (RFP) packages will be available beginning on October 25, 2021 from the City’s Purchasing Supplier Portal website www.boston.gov/Procurement.
NOTE: Proposals cannot be submitted or accepted through the City’s Supplier Portal. Completed proposal packages must be submitted as instructed to: Department of Neighborhood Development, 12 Channel Street – 9th Floor, Suite 902, Boston, MA 02210 by November 9, 2021, no later than 4:00 PM.
