In accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 30B, the Boston Fire Department (BFD) is soliciting proposals for a qualified Inspection, Testing and Maintenance (ITM) Reporting System.  This system will also provide a connection with the BFD, Property Owners and ITM service providers to monitor, report and improve the availability of fire protection systems required by the applicable fire prevention code. Proposals will be solicited through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: https://www.boston.gov/departments/procurement. 

SCOPE OF WORK includes: The awarded bidder shall enter into a contract with the Boston Fire Department to provide a proven software solution for compliance for all required fire protection systems for the City of Boston.  The successful bidder must detail their sales process, installation, implementation methodology, provide appropriate documentation and all policies.  

Quotes shall be submitted before 12:00pm on September 10, 2021 and opened forthwith. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all quotes, if it be in the Public Interest to do so.

SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS will be available on or about Monday, July 26, 2021 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time.
