Proposals for the individual lease of up to Twenty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight (27,868) square feet of property consisting of office space, garage, and warehouse at 201 Rivermoor Street in West Roxbury (“Leased Premises”) as further described in the RFP.

The City of Boston (“City”), acting by and through its Property Management Department and its Commissioner (the “Official”), invites proposals for the services and/or supplies described above and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposal Documents (Documents) which may be obtained from the City's purchasing website and Supplier Portal, (http://boston.gov/procurement) under Event ID EV00009220.

The City has arranged a site visit for Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at 11:00 AM, for interested persons to visit the site and make a visual inspection of the area to be occupied.  The number of persons permitted to attend the Site visit, on behalf of each Proponent, is limited to a maximum of two persons. Email pmdbidinfo@boston.gov to confirm attendance and time.

All proposals shall be filed no later than Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 2:00 PM.

Requests for Proposals shall be available on Monday, June 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM until the proposal filing deadline
