City Council Committee on Planning and Development hearing (Linehan)

Message and order for a local municipal approval of the application of Podium Developer LLC (“the Developer”) relating to the Boston Garden Economic Development Project (the “Boston Garden EDP”) under the Commonwealth’s “I-Cubed” Program. 

This matter is sponsored by the Mayor and was referred to the Committee on Planning and Development on 2/1/2017.
