The Freedom Trail Foundation is participating in the 8th annual Free Fun Fridays program sponsored by the Highland Street Foundation. On Friday, August 26, 2016, the Freedom Trail Foundation will offer Foundation-hosted Freedom Trail walking tours at no cost to visitors all day long. This year, 80 museums and cultural institutions will participate in the Free Fun Fridays program. Beginning June 24 and running through August 26, multiple venues will be open free-of-charge every Friday for 10 weeks this summer. Free Fun Friday is an increasingly popular event, and we have experienced record attendance in previous years. We're expecting equally high attendance this year, so please plan your visit accordingly!

Parking is free (though lots fill quickly). 

Free Fun Friday is a rain or shine event. Because of the rain some of our exhibits, including Butterfly Landing, Aussie Aviary, and Giraffe Savannah may remain closed throughout the day.
