Disability Outreach Tour

Meet the Disabilities Commission at a Boston Public Library branch near you!

The Mayor’s Disabilities Commission works to facilitate full and equal participation in all aspects of life for people with disabilities in Boston. Boston is home to over 78,000 residents with disabilities, and that countless people with disabilities visit and work in the city every single day!

Boston’s disability community is enthusiastically invited to join the Disability Outreach Tour to meet Disability Commission staff, discover disability resources, and make connections with resources at local Boston Public Branch libraries.

The Disability Outreach Tour will be making at least one stop at every Boston Public Library branch. To receive updates about when the tour is stopping at a BPL branch in your neighborhood please sign up for our newsletter.

Registration is not required, but encouraged.
