This parcel has no development potential - the site is too rocky and the dimensions are not right. It's already fenced into the yard of 23 Woodhaven, which is owner occupied and assessed highly for the neighborhood. Prime for RFP.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
