Project Goals
Terrace Bravo, LLC began construction in November 2019. Two parcels, 40-42 Terrace Street and 132 Terrace Street, will be dedicated to the purpose of affordable home ownership units targeting the artist community. The project is slated to include 14 affordable home ownership units. These units will include the following bedroom mix: (7) one bedroom units, and (7) two bedroom units. This project is going through a zoning review with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA). Then we’ll work with the Developer on funding, design, and compliance.
