Project Goals

Sea View Terrace, LLC has been trying to acquire this parcel as open space for parking and landscaping for its condo development at 8 Sea View Terrace. Several years ago, this same entity was trying to acquire this parcel to build on along with their parcels. However, their project was deemed too dense by the neighborhood.
