Norwell Townhouses is the new construction by TLee Development of four two-family affordable for-sale homes. The development is comprised of two townhouse style buildings, each containing two two-family homes. Each of the four two-family homes has a one-bedroom ground floor unit and a four-bedroom unit on the upper floors. The property is located at 239-245 Norwell Street in Dorchester, adjacent to the Talbot Avenue train station.
