One lot totaling 4,478 sq ft and zoned for 1F-6000. The parcel is too small to develop on its own and there is no vacant land for assembly. The abutters have not improved the land themselves but their yards are immaculately maintained and their property is highly assessed.
This is an undeveloped lot owned by the City of Boston’s Department of Neighborhood Development.
The Department of Neighborhood Development acquires surplus and foreclosed property and is responsible for managing this real estate. We work to create housing and open space by making that land available to Bostonians over time through a public Request for Proposals process. This parcel of land is not yet planned for development, but stay tuned!
