Developer

Rees-Larkin Development LLC

Project Goals

In January, 2018 MOH issued an RFP for five Development Packages comprised of 33 parcels on Marcella and Highland Streets. The guidelines established in the 2018 RFP reflected extensive collaboration with the Highland Park Project Review Committee and the BPDA to establish preferred and acceptable uses and outline Energy Positive (E+) design guidelines.
After review of proposals received, in October 2018 MOH recommended and the Public Facilities Commission approved the developer designation of Rees-Larkin Development. Rees-Larkin Development will construct 23 new cooperative housing units. There will be 19 parking spaces below grade. All units will be affordable at 60% AMI or below. The development will be energy positive, LEED "Platinum" and will include communal gallery space, and open space.
