PJ Kennedy Boiler Replacement

The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304, Boston, MA 02210 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

Bids shall be on a form supplied by PFD, be clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to sections 26-27, 29 and 44A-44J, inclusive of Chapter 149 of the General Laws, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: PJ Kennedy Boiler Replacement project.

All filed sub-bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304, Boston, MA 02210 before one o'clock (1:00 p.m.) on May 18, 2022 at which time and place respective sub-bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. 

All filed General bids shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 22 Drydock Avenue, Suite 304, Boston, MA 02210 before twelve o'clock (noon) on June 1, 2022 at which time and place respective general bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud. 

Plans and specifications will be available on or about May 2, 2022.  Plans and specifications are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov.
