Adams School Façade and Roof Project

The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department, 22 Drydock Avenue, Boston, MA 02210 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project.

All bids for this project are subject to current provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, section 44A(1)(c) as amended, and to the terms and provisions of the contract documents for the project. Disclosure: Previously procured filed general trade work remains in effect. 

ALL SUB BIDS (Masonry and Waterproofing Only) shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at the Bid Counter, 22 Drydock, 3rd floor, Boston, MA 02108, before twelve o'clock (noon) (EST), on April 7, 2022, at which time and place respective bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Plans and specifications will be available on or about March 21, 2022  and are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov.
