26 Court Street Full Renovation

The City of Boston acting by its Public Facilities Commission, through its Director of the Public Facilities Department (PFD), at 1010 Massachusetts Annex, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority is soliciting the services of a qualified Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for the above-entitled project.

As defined in Massachusetts General Laws M.G.L. Chapter 149, section 44A½(c) and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide Project Management Services for the construction phase of 26 Court Street Full Renovation Project.

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes Owner's project management services for the construction phase of the full renovation of 26 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108. This is an eleven-story historic municipal office building.

All applications must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. on June 7, 2023 at the PFD Bid Counter, Bid Room located at 1010 Massachusetts Annex.

RFQ packets will be available on or about May 22, 2023.  RFQ packets are only available electronically and by requesting access for such through bid.info@boston.gov
