Trash Removal and Recycling

The Boston Public Health Commission acting by its Division of Property Management, 205 River Street, Mattapan, MA 02126 hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites sealed bids for the above-entitled project. Bids shall be on a form supplied by the Property Management Division, clearly identified as a bid, and signed by the bidder. All bids for this project are subject to M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44 A-J or Chapter 30, Section 39 M, as amended, and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents/specifications entitled: Rubbish Removal and Recycling.

Scope of work includes but not limited to: Supply & delivery of waste containers; Supply and delivery of balers; Supply and delivery of Recycling containers; Pick up and disposal of waste – schedules are site specific; Maintenance of all containers, compactors and balers; Please refer to Campus Profiles for more details.

ALL BIDS shall be filed with the Awarding Authority at 205 River Street, Mattapan, MA 02126, before 10 a.m. on December 7, 2023, at which time and place all bids will be opened forthwith and read aloud.
