INSTRUMENTAL MUSIC FOR BPS STUDENTS 2026–2029

The City of Boston, acting by the Boston Public Schools, 2300 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02119, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests proposals for the project listed above. 

 

Proposals will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement

All proposals for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Instrumental Music for BPS Students 2026–2029.

Proposals must be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, April 6, 2026, and opened forthwith.

The RFP documents will be available on or about Monday, March 23, 2026, after 12:00 P.M., Boston time

Boston Public Schools seeks proposals from partners who can provide high-quality, in-person instrumental music for students in grades K–12 and work with classroom teachers and school administrators to support students’ academic performance and social-emotional wellness. Our goal is to offer these services before, during, and after school to approximately 46,000 students.
