SHARED VEHICLE RESERVATION SYSTEM

The City of Boston's Central Fleet Management Division seeks proposals for a comprehensive shared vehicle reservation system for approximately 50 vehicles to enhance efficiency and accessibility for its shared fleet. This system requires keyless access technology and a telematics system for real-time vehicle tracking and diagnostics. A user-friendly automated reservation platform, accessible via both a mobile application for end-users and a web-based interface for administration and reservations. The system must integrate seamlessly with existing City systems, and include thorough training for both administrators and end-users, along with ongoing technical support and maintenance, to ensure smooth operation and maximize utility.

Proposals will be solicited through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/supplierportal. All times refer to Eastern Time.

Contract Documents will be available through the Supplier Portal on or about: 9:00 am on October 20th, 2025.

Submit Questions via email by 1:00 pm on October 29th, 2025.
