BPL HISTORIC BUILDING ASSESSMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The City of Boston, acting by the Trustee of the Public Library of the City of Boston, hereinafter referred to as the Awarding Authority, hereby invites RFQs for the project listed above.

As defined in Massachusetts General Laws M.G.L. Chapter 149, section 44A½(c), and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide Owner’s Project Management Services (OPM).

Applications will be solicited from selected vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.

All applications for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with

the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: BPL Historic Building Assessment & amp.

Project Management.


The scope of work is detailed in the RFQ package.

All applications must be received before 2:00 P.M., Boston time, Monday, August 18, 2025, and opened and evaluated accordingly.

The RFQ package will be available on or about Monday, June 30, 2025, after 9:00 AM (Boston time).

There will be a mandatory onsite walkthrough on: Monday, July 14, 2025, at 9:00 AM (Boston time) at the Copley Branch of the Boston Public Library, 230 Dartmouth Street, Boston, MA 02116.
