QUARTERLY BICYCLE COUNTS DATA COLLECTION
The City of Boston (“the City”), acting through its Commissioner of Transportation, invites submittals for the performance of the services generally described above, and particularly as set forth in the Request for Proposals Documents (“RFP”).
The RFP shall be available from 10:00 am on Monday, February 3rd, 2025 from the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal (EV00015396). This contract is procured under the provisions of Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws.
A pre-proposal question and answer session will be held via Zoom link and conference call on February 12th, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Please find the link here: http://meet.google.com/shp-euee-ico.
Proposals are due no later than noon (12:00 pm) on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Please submit proposals via the supplier portal. Refer to Section V of the RFP for complete information on the submission process and details.
The term of the contract shall be for two and a half (2.5) years, starting on or about March 1, 2025, and ending on or about August 31, 2027.
