Bid package may be obtained by visiting the Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal and searching for Event ID EV00015339, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2025.

The scope of work is detailed in the bid package.

A walk-through of the 400 Frontage Road site will be accommodated on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 10 a.m. if RSVP is received before Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 4 p.m..

The bonding requirement for this job is 5% Bid Deposit, 100% Payment Bond, and 100% Performance Bond.

Every Sealed Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and shall be filed not later than Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. via the City’s Supplier Portal at boston.gov/supplierportal or by in-person drop-off at room 714 Boston City Hall.

Sealed bids shall be opened electronically by the Official on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Boston City Hall, Department of Public Works Contracts Unit, Room 714, One City Hall Square, Boston, MA 02201. Interested parties will be able to view the event live through a link provided by Public Works, upon receiving your bid packet.
